International welding stations have been produced by Milco for over 55 years. Utilized in both production and prototype environments, our extensive experience allows us to be at the forefront of the design and assembly of weld stations, bringing new ideas to market. Our customers have the ability to specify the weld controller, transformer, valve pack and balancer they want to utilize for their unique situations.

We design and develop two types of international welding stations: portable hanging stations and portable floor mounted stations. Our portable hanging stations come with everything from a manual weld gun to the trolleys and balancers. Simply hang the station, connect plant air, water and power and you’re ready to weld. Our floor mounted stations are similar to our hanging stations except that the frame is bolted to the floor rather than hung from an I-Beam.
